“ So delicious. Yes it’s on the pricey side, but it’s so hard to find authentic canto and Chinese food in that’s not in Richmond or Burnaby. This restaurant gives me a luxury feel without being too over the top, and I honestly really appreciate it. Not to mention, the re-opening and new ownership has been SO good for this place. The food has definitely improved, and I know my entire family thinks so too. Highly recommend for people wanting to try a nicer canto-Chinese food without having to drive 30 minutes. ”

Got it cooked 3 ways and never had the crab meat taste like jelly before - steamed to absolute perfection and I’ve tasted a lot of crab. “ This was the 1st time I tried this restaurant. I have seen and heard good things about it so i decided to invite my parents here and it had a nice bright decore. The king crab was the main reason i decided to try it, and it didn't disappoint. The king crab we had was so meaty and delicious, and the size of the monster was really reasonable. We decided to get the baked fried rice with it and added yee mein noodles. It was all perfect and really satisfying so we decided to try their dim sum too the next day. I would definitely go again. ”

“ Dim sum was flavorful and came out hot and fast. Most of the dish we tried hit the mark, but I do wish the beef meatballs were a bit bigger. Big shoutout to our server, Cindy who was super friendly and quick with the refills. We went on Mother’s Day and got a free tote bag and mango pudding on the house. ”
“ If you’re unsure what to order for lunch at Chef’s Choice, the lunch combo A for 4 people at 118.80 is a solid choice. It includes deep-fried sticky rice with chicken, truffle and pork dumplings, deep-fried shrimp toast, steamed salted egg yolk custard buns, poached choy sum with garlic, and stir-fried rice noodles with beef. The sticky rice with chicken stood out, and the rice noodles were enjoyable. While the custard buns and truffle siomai were good, I’ve had better version elsewhere. However, as a combo, this one is still a great option. Service was excellent, and we were seated comfortably at a round table. Victor, the manager was friendly too. The location is convenient in Vancouver with free parking, and the overall value is good. I would return probably for the king crab!!! Dibs: Psst it’s on sale for half the price for 300 only in 3-ways. ”
